     Conducted a full scale network study on a mortgage company as a member of a team, created survey,
organized data, charted network links, wrote executive summary.  Summer 1996.

     Recruited, trained and coordinated volunteers to help the elderly and
     disabled.  Conducted focus groups, organized fund raisers, wrote grants,
     maintained organizational records, reported to Board of Directors,
     networked with area agencies, designed brochures and literature,
     processed client referrals, organized the dissemination of information to
     media, created volunteer award program, connected faith groups, helping

     Sold over 50% of the store's sales volume, sold televisions, furniture,

      records, reorganized company's accounting and record system,
     made deposits, processed payroll reports, installed electronic components,
     consistently recognized for the highest sales, trained new employees,
     headed collections.  July 1987 - September 1988.
